About the project

We conducted an impact assessment together with Rangsells on their current customer portal. The project included analyzing the target audience, goals, needs and features of a potential new customer platform. We examined technology choices for development and design, and the work resulted in a clear requirements list, which was divided into priority levels. The requirements list included both existing features as well as new and improved features to better meet customer needs and enable a future transition from web solution to app or multiple platforms.
