About the project

We conducted an impact assessment in collaboration with Rangsells regarding their current customer portal. The project included an analysis of the target audience, objectives, needs, and features for a potential new customer platform. We explored technology options for development and design, and the work resulted in a clear list of requirements, which was divided into priority levels. The list of requirements included both existing features as well as new and improved features to better meet customer needs and enable a future transition from a web solution to an app or multiple platforms.
