Seniora's unique platform is aimed at all those involved in home services and home care in any form, and not least at care companies that want to offer the elderly care of the future.
It connects care and health care providers, pensioners, care recipients, relatives and the municipality. Digital services and e-commerce solutions are integrated with daily care and services, simplifying communication, streamlining daily operations and making services and products available directly to care recipients and relatives.

About the project
The project began with a feasibility study that included the collection of both quantitative and qualitative data, impact target mapping and a clickable prototype. The platform was then built in close cooperation with the customer. The platform today consists of the web admin system Seniora Manager, the app Seniora, and the e-commerce platform Seniora Commerce.
The platform covers a number of different user journeys, depending on who the end user is. From care and healthcare providers to pensioners, care recipients, relatives and the municipality.
